Instructions

1. On the left side of your screen, enter your assigned "Username" and "Password" to login.
2. If you get a security prompt, please click "Yes.”
3. If the login is successful you will be presented with a welcome screen from which you can continue into the SACS Review web site.
4. The navigation menu is duplicated along the left and along the top. The categories are:
1. Main - Introduction from Jack Lohmann (Associate Provost and SACS Accreditation Liaison)
2. Report - Generate a PDF of the full Georgia Tech Compliance Report.
3. Requirements - Browse individual sections of the Georgia Tech Compliance Report. Each section will display the requirements or standards within the Principles of Accreditation for that section. Click on the section titles to see the supporting text for that section.

4. Quality Enhancement Plan – The Institute’s plan to expand and enhance experiential learning in undergraduate education at Georgia Tech.
5. Documents - Links to major documents that describe Georgia Tech's policies, procedures, goals, offices, and other resources that are referenced within the narrative sections of the Compliance Certification document and serve as evidence of compliance.
6. Faculty Roster - Here you will find information on Georgia Tech faculty qualifications for the courses they teach, their college and school or program, and courses they taught for Fall 2003, Spring 2004, and Summer 2004.
7. Prior Assessment Plans & Updates - Browse the previous annual assessment updates and assessment plans of the academic programs.
8. Search - Search the Compliance Requirements, Documents Room, and Faculty Roster
9. Help - Browser and software requirements and additional assistance navigating the Georgia Tech SACS Review web site.
5. Instructions on accessing Georgia Tech's Online Assessment Tracking System (OATS) are located at:
   https://gtwebapps.gatech.edu/cfprod/oats/aa_instructions.pdf
1. Note: View only access to OATS does not require installation of the Java software. This is only required for those with edit privileges to OATS.
